Buchanan Cabins is in the heart of the Texas Hill Country on the beautiful spring fed Frio River in Concan.  We are located at the First Crossing of the Frio River on Hwy 127 and have 14 cabins that have easy access to Buchanan Cabins' river frontage.  The deep swimming hole is a favorite and has been featured in articles in Texas Monthly and Texas Highways. Our access is on the east side of the Frio River across from Neal's Lodges. Tubes are available as well as a shuttle service when the river is floatable.

Buchanan Cabins cabins range in price from $86 to $220 per night.  (Off Season Rates are lower.)  All cabins have air conditioning, microwaves, barbecue pits, coffee makers, and Direct TV.  In addition, Buchanan Cabins offers tube rentals, float trip shuttles, and day guest access.  Parking is also available. 

Neal's Dining Room is within walking distance and serves great food. Garner Park is approximately 8 miles away and has nightly dances which is a lot of fun for families. Neal's Store and dance pavilion is also within walking distance. Concan Country Club and House Pasture are 2 1/2 miles from Buchanan Cabins.

How to reserve a cabin:  All cabins may be booked online by clicking the Reservations tab at the top of the page. You can search by Cabin within the Reservations and an online calendar as well as cabin description will appear.  You may also search all cabins by calendar date by clicking the "Search by Calendar Date" on the Reservations tab.  An online calendar will appear where you can enter the dates you are interested in staying. Pricing and availability is noted on the calendar.

• Television
• Kitchen-equipped (with the exception of 32); ovens are available in selected units

Items NOT furnished by Buchanan Cabins include:

• Sheets
• Pillow Cases
• Bath Towels
• Kitchen Towels
• Pots, Pans, Dishes, or Silverware

If you happen to forget something, we are able to furnish these items for a nominal fee.  If you have special circumstances, please let us know at the time you make your reservation.
