Cabin Rules:

Check-out time is 12:00.

Check-in time is 4:00.

All
vehicles must be registered at the office.
- In the event you have day
guests, you must register their car as well. Days guests will be
charged $4 per person.

Please leave the cabin in the
same condition as when you arrive.

Teenage, or young
overnight guests, must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Pets are welcome; however, we
must charge a pet fee deposit of $20. Please call for specifics on this
policy.
Cancellation Policy:
-
If you cancel 30 or more days
before arrival date, we will refund the deposit, less a 20% service fee.
This includes a cancelled day on a reservation.

If you cancel less than 30 days
before arrival date (again, this includes a cancelled day on a reservation),
there will be no refund unless we can rent the cabin for the reserved
dates. Then we will refund a percentage of your deposit.

We understand that emergencies
occur, and we will try to work with you on returning as much of your deposit
as we can; however, this is a seasonal business and it is sometimes
difficult to rent a cabin at the last minute because vacation time and plans
have already been made.
River
Rules:
- No motor vehicles of any kind
are allowed in the river or riverbed.
- No firearms, including BB guns.
- Loud music, loud noise and
profanity are strictly prohibited.
- NO GLASS containers
allowed in or near the river.
- Public intoxication will be
grounds for immediate eviction.
- No littering -- trash cans are
only a few feet away from any area.
- Absolutely no jumping or
diving from the rocks or trees into the river.
General
Rules:
- No
cutting of trees. Wood and charcoal are available for purchase at Neal's store.
Anyone observed cutting on any tree will be required to leave without a
refund.
- Drive slowly -- children are at
play.
- No mini-bikes or ATV's..
- No fireworks.
- Children should not roam around
the river or cabin areas after midnight.
