Buchanan Cabins.... Owned by the original Neal family!

CABIN RULES:

Registration: The office will be open from 2:00 to 4:00 to register guests.  If you plan to arrive later, then please call the office to make arrangements to register at a later time or you can call from the phone available outside of the office when you arriver.

•     All guests must be registered.

•     All vehicles must be registered.

•     Friends and family who are staying in other lodgings in the area must also be registered with Buchanan Cabins.

Check-in Time: The official check-in time is 4:00 pm.  The cabin MAY be ready before 4:00 but we cannot guarantee it.  We can give you a pass to the river if you arrive before the check-in time but remember you will NOT have access to a refrigerator at that time.

Check-out Time:  Check-out time is 12:00 pm.  This is mandatory as cabin cleaners need time to prepare the cabin for the next guest. 

Furnishings:  We typically do NOT furnish sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, kitchen towels, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, shampoo or any personal items.  We can furnish linens for an addition one time fee of $5 per bed.

Furniture:  Please do not move the furniture in the cabins.  If you feel that the furniture simply must be moved for your convenience, then please move it back to its original position when you leave.

GENERAL RULES:

• Drive slowly - children are at play.

• No cutting of trees.  Wood and charcoal are available for purchase at Neal's Store or Andy's on River Road.

• No mini-bikes or ATV's.  The area is also not really suitable for bicycles, especially during the summer months.

• Pets are welcome; however, we must charge a pet fee deposit of $20. Please call for specifics on this policy.

• No fireworks.

RIVER RULES

We request that guests help us enforce the following by reporting offenses to Buchanan Cabins:

• Wristbands will be required for access to the "Rockbar" area where the deep swimming hole is located across from Neal's Lodges.

• Parking is available in designated parking areas. No motor vehicles of any kind are allowed on the "Rockbar". 

• BBQ or any type of fire is not allowed.

• Glass containers are not allowed.

• No littering - trash cans are only a few feet away from any area.

• Throwing rocks, water balloons or engaging in any activity that might cause injury to another person is not allowed

• Loud music or noise, profanity or public intoxication are strictly prohibited.

• Behavior not in accordance with the above rules are grounds for eviction.
