Reservations

• Summer (Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend) and Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year and Easter):  three (3) night minimum stay.
   
• Off-season: no minimum stay.
   
• We offer discounted rates during the off-season.
   
• We offer special weekly/monthly rates for hunters or other groups.
   
• All reservations are taken on a "first come-first served" basis.  Guests from previous year have first priority for the same weekend the following year.
   
• A reservation holds the cabin for your requested time period.
   
• The individual making the reservation is responsible for the conduct and financial obligations of all occupants of the cabin.
   
• Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.  During the summer season, it is mandatory that guests check out by 12:00 p.m.; the cabin cleaners need time to prepare the cabin for the next guest.  A $20 per hour fee will be charged if the cabin is not vacated by 12:00 p.m.
   
• Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.  Plan on checking in at 4:00 p.m.; note, however, that the cabin may be ready before that time.
   

Deposits

• A two-night deposit is required and may be paid by check or credit card if the reservation is made 60 days before the arrival date.
   
• A one-night deposit is required if the reservation is made less than 60 days before the arrival date and must be paid by credit card on the date that the reservation is made.
   

Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel:

• If you cancel 30 or more days before arrival date, we will refund the deposit, less a 10% service fee.   This includes a cancelled day on a reservation.
   

• If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival date (again, this includes a cancelled day on a reservation), there will be no refund unless we can rent the cabin for the reserved dates.  Then we will refund the deposit, less the  10% service fee.  

  We understand that emergencies occur, and we will try to work with you on returning as much of your deposit as we can; however, this is a seasonal business  and it is sometimes difficult to rent a cabin at the last minute because vacation time and plans have already been made.
